Principal Wendy Viola has over 18 years experience in the property industry. Having recently held the position of Sales and Marketing Manager – Western Cape for Heartland Properties (Pty) Ltd, a subsidiary of AECI Ltd, Wendy was responsible for development sales and marketing, negotiation of all sales, management of sales administration, project management and planning and development facilitation.

Preceding her 6 year tenure at Heartland Properties, Wendy spent 2 years with a National Broking company as an office/retail broker. Here she was responsible for the letting and sale of office and retail space and the negotiation and facilitation of deals.

Wendy held the position of commercial property finance manager and portfolio and project manager at ABSA Bank Ltd for 5 years. Her responsibilities included: financing of commercial and industrial property and residential developments and the negotiation of ABSA leases, management of ABSA owned property and project management of ABSA bank installations in the Peninsula.

Wendy was also a portfolio administrator for five years at Standard Bank Ltd where she was responsible for the general property administration of Western Cape bank owned properties.
